I came here after seeing a viral TikTok about this barbershop declining to provide a haircut to a homeless man. Since that video went viral, this business has received an influx of one-star reviews from people who likely have never been customers. After reading the owner's responses and considering both sides, I understand why the decision was made. Barbers have a responsibility to maintain health and sanitation standards, protect their clients, and protect the business they've worked hard to build. Based on the information provided, I don't believe this was discrimination. Wishing this business continued success.

Joe and his staff are the best around. A true old school barbershop vibe and family friendly. Joe is a great guy and he and his family have been an intricate part of the ironbound for decades. You would be making a big mistake not getting a haircut and a shave here. Prices are extremely reasonable too.
